Shipping of orders from WealthProtector.AE is safe, secure, and hassle-free. All shipments are insured by our insurance partner. Every package of product (Coin/Bar) purchased from WealthProtector.AE will reach your doorstep in durable condition and in tamper-proof packaging. The name of the courier service and the shipping AWB number will be provided via email to the email address you have provided, so please ensure that correct details are entered.

Shipping Charges
We ship all orders through trusted courier services, and shipping is chargeable depending on the destination emirate or country. Shipping charges will be borne by the client.

Import Taxes and Duties
For international orders, we ship the products from Dubai after completing all export documentation. However, all shipments undergo customs clearance in each destination country. The customs clearance team of the courier service will complete all customs clearance formalities. If the customer is liable to pay any import duty and taxes, the same shall be informed by the courier service to the customer before delivery. Customers need to pay applicable taxes and duties before taking delivery of the package. It is advised that all our customers check their country’s import rules, duties, and taxes before placing the order.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customers must enter the correct details of the Consignee/Recipient Name (as it is stated in their government-approved photo identification) along with the complete address, nearby landmark, postal code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any government-recognized identity proof to collect the product.

We ensure that delivery is made with the help of courier agents after verifying the identity proof of the recipient. The courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing the original copies of the identity proof.

Delivery Location

Orders can be delivered to only Residential or Commercial Locations. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, on roads, etc.

If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier company will make three attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched (Dubai). In case the customer does not accept the delivery, the return shipping charges along with applicable import duties, taxes, and other charges in Dubai will be borne by the customer and the same shall be deducted from the customer amount. So please make sure you are available during the delivery of the shipment.
